FBClipper respects intellectual property rights and responds promptly to valid copyright takedown requests under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Our Position on Copyright
FBClipper is a tool that lets people save copies of Facebook videos, Reels, and photos that are already public. We do not host, store, or distribute any Facebook content ourselves. Every download is fetched directly from Facebook’s own servers at the moment a user requests it, based on a link the user provides.
Consequently, we are not the publisher of any content downloaded through FBClipper, and we have no ability to pre-screen links for copyright status. However, we take copyright seriously and will act quickly on legitimate takedown notices.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content accessible through FBClipper infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to us. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the specific Facebook URL involved.
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was restricted in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant as required by law.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to restrict FBClipper access for links repeatedly flagged as infringing, in line with standard DMCA repeat-infringer policy.
